Noskk is going to organise a volunteer training with the volunteers from Sankrail, Uluberia municipality, & Panchla block of West Bengal. The programme will be organised in New Digha from 16th to 18th September 2016. 32 people are participating in that training. This programme is under the Rehnuma EU, which was funded by the European Union.
