Migrant resilience collaboration (MRC)

A program which brings many stakeholders – NGOs, funders, industry, together to ensure safety, security and mobility of migrant workers

The program plans to reach out to migrants and their families over a period of the next few years;

• Facilitating delivery of social security entitlements  Enabling worker protection
• Facilitating better financial initiatives
• Enabling responsible recruitment by industries
• Prevention of trafficking of young people. child right protection
• Advocacy with stakeholders i.e. Panchayet level, Block level and Dstrict level.

The goal of the program is to build resilient migrant communities – migrant workers and their families have a support system to rely on in case of any unwanted situations and they have the capability (built over a period of time) to overcome such situations
